OWLS

Owls are feathered creatures of the night, representing Yin, through the darkness and night. Announcing the fall of shadows, whilst the crow announces the light and dawn of day.
The Yin and the Yang.
For 100 million years, owls can be traced back through history

Mmmm,
Today is an autumn day,
Not cold, but a little grey,
Though the morning sun shone ever so bright,
Warming everything which it touched,
But now,
The afternoon clouds, envelope that heat,
So, i shout,
Arise earlier,
To soak in the sun

Grey

Grey,
Today is grey, cold, windy and rainy,
Winter,
The change is on it"s way,
It's hard to fly in the wintery grey sky,
Filled with icy cold,
The chill of the air beating through my feathers,
Feeling heavy, weighing me down,
Wanting to glide,
Needing to land,
My feet meeting the nest,
Time to rest,
Time for sleep.

Using your feathers to fly

Visualise, see yourself high above the world, up above the clouds with the energies flowing through your body, invigorating your soul, enticing you to venture to the unknown.

Imagine soaring through the air, changing direction in a second, hunting for that special something
that no-one else possesses, treding where others fear to tred, whilst you embrace every experience, good and bad and everything inbetween,

Feel your bodies excitment of wanting to be free,

Now flap, flap hard, with force, with power,

Feel your feet leave the ground, aim high,

Focus and Fly.
